We will usually meet at my office. There may be times, depending on therapeutic need, where we meet outside of the office.

Group therapy is an affordable adjunct to individual therapy. It can

be a place to practice

what you've been doing during individual sessions and to connect with others who understand what you experience in a supportive environment.

I offer telehealth therapy to clients in California. I am currently providing tele-therapy or have provided teletherapy in the following areas:
