INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

We can meet at the office, via

teletherapy, or outside of the office.

We will choose the option that works

for us depending on scheduling, your

ability to travel, and your therapeutic

goals.

I offer an intensive outpatient program for clients who may desire or need a program to help them meet their goals. This program has 2 -4 participants to allow for support and to reduce the cost of treatment.

We will meet Mondays - Fridays from

9:00 -11:45. The duration of your IOP will depend on your therapeutic goals, scheduling, and your financial needs.
